Enjoy a relaxing getaway at our newly refurbished, single-room sleeping cabin (12’x18’), perfect for 1-3 guests.

Sleeping Arrangements: Furnished with 2 twin beds; 1 optional fold-away camping cot is available upon request

Amenities

Parking: Dedicated private space right at the cabin
Linens: All bed linens (sheets, blankets, pillows) and guest towels provided
Kitchenette: Small refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, basic dishes, utensils. Features a cold-water sink with fresh drinking water sourced directly from our natural aquifer spring. Variety of coffee, cocoa, and tea packets, plus creamers and sugars; pour-over coffee setup (bring your own favorite coffee grounds!)
Wi-Fi: Free at the cabin, though Maine’s bountiful trees can sometimes interfere with the signal. For a stronger connection, use a personal hotspot, visit the Wi-Fi Spot at the campground service garage, or drop by the Stonington Public Library
Outdoor Space: Your own private green space featuring a picnic table, chairs, and a private fire pit for grilling and stargazing; onsite firewood is available for purchase
Bath House Access: The cabin does not have an indoor bathroom, but a short walk (approx. 600 ft) or quick drive brings you to our newly refurbished, professionally cleaned bath house. Features free hot showers, private locking stalls, a fully appointed women’s restroom, a large outdoor utility sink, and paid laundry
Campground Access: Enjoy full use of the campground’s nature trails, paved paths, and pickleball court

Rates and Policies

Nightly Rate: $135/night for single or double occupancy; 3rd guest charged an additional $20/night
Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Maximum Occupancy: 3 guests
Pets: Up to 2 pets welcome on a case-by-case basis ($25 fee per pet, per stay)
Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is from 4 PM onward; check-out is by 10 AM
Cabin Rules:
- Scent-free environment: Strictly no smoking, vaping, or strong perfumes/colognes inside
- All Campground Rules apply
Deposit: A 1-night deposit is required at reservation, payable securely online via credit card

Cancellation Policy

7+ Days Notice Prior to Your Reserved Arrival Date: Deposit fully refundable, minus a $10 processing fee
Less Than 7 Days Notice Prior to Your Reserved Arrival Date: Guest is responsible for full payment of the reserved stay; no refunds
No-Shows & Early Departures: Automatically charged for the full amount of the reserved stay; no refunds.
