The Space

Indoor Layout: ~700 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath (shower), combined living / dining area, full kitchen
Sleeping: 2 twin beds (main BR); 1 twin bed (2nd BR); 1 single sleeper-futon (living room)
Outdoor Space: Your own private green space featuring a picnic table, chairs, and a private fire pit for grilling and stargazing; onsite firewood is available for purchase
Parking: Dedicated private parking space right at the vacation home

Amenities

Linens: All bed linens (sheets, blankets, pillows) and guest towels provided
Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, and dishes; paper towels, hand & dish soap, basic cleaning supplies
Coffee/Tea Starter: Keurig (with coffee pods), pour-over coffee setup (bring your own favorite coffee grounds); complimentary tea, cocoa, creamer, and sugar packets
Drinking Water: Fresh, 100% drinkable water sourced directly from our natural aquifer spring
Wi-Fi: Free at Norma’s, though Maine’s bountiful trees can sometimes interfere with the signal; for a stronger connection, use a personal hotspot, visit the Wi-Fi Spot at the campground service garage, or drop by the Stonington Public Library
Laundry: Paid washer/dryer nearby at the campground’s bath house
Campground Access: Enjoy full use of the campground’s nature trails, paved paths, and pickleball court

Rates & Policies

Nightly Rate: $275/night
Minimum Stay: 4 nights
Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests
Check-In / Out: Check-in is from 4 PM onward; check-out is by 10 AM
Cottage Rules:
- Pets: Not permitted
- Scent-free environment: Strictly no smoking, vaping, or strong perfumes/colognes inside
- All Campground Rules apply
Deposit: A 2-night deposit is required at reservation, payable securely online via credit card

Cancellation Policy

7+ Days Notice Prior to Your Reserved Arrival Date: Deposit fully refundable, minus a $10 processing fee
Less Than 7 Days Notice Prior to Your Reserved Arrival Date: Guest is responsible for full payment of the reserved stay; no refunds
No-Shows & Early Departures: Automatically charged for the full amount of the reserved stay; no refunds
