Site 8A

Site 8A is the easygoing twin to 7A — a spacious site that’s great solo and even better shared. Whether you’re camping alongside family or tagging along with friends, this site gives you room to spread out and a clear view of the sky when you’re in the grassy, communal area between both spaces.

With a mix of sun and shade, it’s ideal for travel companions who want connection by day and separation by night.

Site 7A

Site 7A is like the campground’s group “suite” — perfect on its own, even better with friends next door. Spacious, level, and with a mix of open sky at the community area of the site and trees lining the camping area, at the end of the day you’ll have your own site to customize your camping setup.

It pairs naturally with neighboring 8A for families or travel buddies who want to stay close… but still have their own space when it’s time to retire for the night.

Sun, shade, elbow room, and a communal canopy area — it’s all here.

Site 6A

Add some “edge” to your camping style with Site 6A. Tucked at the end of the row on the campground’s outer ring, this spacious site has just one neighbor and a dense stand of trees it’s hookup side. It swallows up any size or style of rig with ease.

Perfect for campers who like a low-profile spot where they can kick back, tune out, and breathe in the spruce-scented air.

Site 5A

A simple bend in the road leads to a whole new camping experience. Site 5A feels like a subtle shift — a tucked-away spot where the campground slows down. The leafy canopy of birch and maple gives you just the right amount of shade, with a sprinkle of island sunshine to warm the day.

Be part of the campground… without being part of the campground. It’s your choice.

Site 4A

Site 4A is a low-key hideout with just the right amount of space and seclusion. It’s easy to relax, and hard to leave — especially after spending a day .

A great choice for campers who value a little island quiet with their coffee.

Site 3A

A perennial favorite with our most loyal campers, Site 3A is nestled into a thick mix of spruce, fir, birch and maple trees.

You’ll get a solid buffer from the nearest neighbor, giving you privacy and quiet corner energy that mirrors Stonington’s coastal calm.

Site 8

Site 8 delivers classic island camping with the isolation every true camper craves. A wide-open center makes it an easy fit for RVs of all shapes and sizes, with plenty of grassy space to setup a pop-up shelter or screen house. A wall of mixed trees frames the site in quiet solitude. The morning sun filters through the hardwood canopy early, and by mid-day the crisp, coastal air filters across the open lawn — an ideal transition to a roaring fire pit.

It’s a laid-back, easygoing spot — perfect for campers who want space, solitude, and the Maine woods overhanging their canopy.
